I interviewed some of the speakers for the 14th annual Walk for Life West Coast in San Francisco. Here’s what they had to say:
Terry Beatly, founder of The Hosea Initiative
In your opinion, what’s the one thing any pro-life person should do to help the movement?
Pray and ask the Lord how and where He wants to use you in the battle for life.
What caused you to get into the pro-life movement?
A friend asked me to go to the March for Life and it made me want to know more, especially HOW and WHY America morphed into a nation which allows the assembly-line slaughter of children. This inquiry eventually led me to interview Dr. Bernard Nathansn, cofounder of NARAL.
What’s different about this year’s march?
The father of the abortion industry, Dr. Bernard Nathanson, left his personal parting message to every American. It will be delivered in the largest venue yet – the Walk for Life!!
In your opinion, what’s the key to winning the choice v. life movement?
I think there are many keys, but there was only one man known as the ”Keeper of the Abortion Industry Keys” and that’s Dr. Bernard Nathanson, the father of the industry of abortion. I believe if Americans, especially millennials and today’s youth, learn how the entire industry is based on lies and they exploitation, fewer and fewer people will be apathetic toward abortion. I promised Dr. Nathanson that I would teach America his 8-point strategy of his deceit and deliver his parting message. This is the Master Key in my opinion and where the Lord put me.

What is the key to winning the choice vs. life movement?
The key is me, you and I, us and living out the transforming of our hard hearts with our neighbor and our God..
We do this by living one’s life that makes abortion unthinkable and acting in a caring way to meet the needs of the woman/family in crisis. To provide excellence in advice and in truth, even when tough To be there for her before or after the death of the child without judgment and ready to help. Be patient with the shame of getting pregnant. Go the extra mile to help her make sense out of her life and the situation she finds herself. We must risk more than other think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more that others think is possible.
We can’t wait for this year’s walk. Check out this promo:
