As we get closer to Ash Wednesday, we challenge you to get fit in both body and soul. Think of all of the benefits that come from consistent exercise. Now, think about how much discipline and suffering you need to make that routine continue on day after day. Finally, think about how you can use that pain to help free people from their spiritual binds.
