Therese’s simple but deep teachings are rich within the pages of this book. Beautifully written and illustrated, this book will quickly become a fast favorite and one that is reached for over and over again. Therese is known for the simple truths and when pondered meet so many of the needs in our spiritual life, and this is a lovely and imaginative introduction to her teachings.
We gifted this book to our 4 year old daughter who loves St. Therese and was born on her parents (The Martin’s) feast day. I often find myself turning to St. Zelie to ask for prayers of wisdom as we raise this sugar and spice little girl of ours. Introducing her to St. Therese as a friend through these pages only seems right.
